Thank You MOM!!!

The definition of a mother says that a Mother is a woman who has given birth and raised a child. But does fulfilling these two conditions make any woman a mother? Does she not have any more responsibilities towards her children, don't her children have any duties to fulfil towards her??
A mother brings her child into this world undergoing so much of pain and trouble but she doesn't complain once about it. For her, her child is special and she is willing to undergo that pain for that feeling of pure ecstasy, that calmness, that feeling of completeness that comes when she holds her child in her arms.

A mother shares a very deep relationship with her children be it a son or a daughter. Her child is a part of her, and she can never stop to love them no matter what they grow up to be..and just as much as a mother feels important to love and protect her child from every harm, equally important it is for her children to make her feel loved and cherished.

The relationship that a mother and daughter share is a complex but a very special one. One that no other thing or person or feeling can take place of. Mothers are their daughters' role model, their biological and emotional road map, the arbiter of all their relationships.
The Jewish proverb goes telling that " God couldn't be everywhere so he created mothers.". And I couldn't have agreed more with that my mother has been my teacher, my advisor, my greatest inspiration. Always being by my side, cheering me up when I felt low and also there as my critic to bring me back down to earth if I start to fly too high. She's my sun brightening up my life whenever things go dim, my ray of hope telling me I can be better than what I have been. No matter where I am or what I be, without her I wouldn't be anything, she's my world to me.
I may never be able to be a person as awesome as her because there's no one in this world who can be another her but I will always strive to be the best I can and give her no chances to complain. I want to be the kind of person whom people always talk good about so that she can always proudly say that I am her daughter.
And although I may not have said that to her as much and as often as I should, I feel really grateful to God for giving me such a beautiful person as my mother. She has made me what I am today, its because of her guidance, support and encouragement that I am me and no words in any language can ever explain the love and respect that I hold in my heart for her...so all I have to say is Thank You for being there in my life, Thank You for being my MOM but i know that a Thank You on every day of my life wouldn't be enough for what all you have done for me through all these years. You are special and being your daughter makes me feel extra special.. :)
